Official NMSU Transcripts

Official transcripts for New Mexico State University (including all Branches) are obtained through the Registrar's Office at NMSU Las Cruces.

Transcripts can be ordered one of three ways.  Either by submitting an official request form, a handwritten request through the mail or requesting online.

The "Official NMSU Transcript Request" form is available in the Student Services Office at NMSU Carlsbad.

The handwritten request should be submitted to:  New Mexico State University, Office of the Registrar, Box 30001, MSC 3AR, Las Cruces, New Mexico 88003-8001. A fee applies.

The online request can be submitted through http://www.nmsu.edu/ and click on "Current Students"; under Student Resources, click on "Registrar's Office", then click on "Transcript Information." This will take you to the National Student Clearinghouse.

The written, mail requests require a check or money order and the online request requires a valid major credit card.
